That is a working system, not a report. If you then build with us, that $2,500 is subtracted from the build price, so on net the diagnostic cost you nothing. If you decide not to build, you keep the brain and the blueprint and we are done. Nothing past the audit is booked until your first automation is live in the business — so the only money at risk up front is the $2,500, and that buys a system you keep either way.

Yes. We run a small live workshop where you build on your own business while we steer, and you leave running it yourself. It is the same system as the install — the difference is whose hands are on the keyboard. Say so on the form and we will send you the next dates.
The first working piece usually lands inside the first couple of weeks. A full install with the team using it daily runs about 30 days.
Gaelan reads it himself, usually the same day, and comes back with a fit read. If it looks right we set up a call where you tell us what is eating your week and we tell you what we would fix first and roughly what it takes. If we are not the right people for it, we will say so then.
