Privacy Policy

This policy covers the 7B Business Solutions website and the software connections we operate for our clients, including our QuickBooks Online integration.
What we collect
- From this website: what you send us through a form or by email, such as your name, email address, phone number and message.
- From connected accounts: when a client authorizes a connection, such as QuickBooks Online, we read that client's business records: accounts, transactions, invoices, bills, customers, vendors and reports. We access only the company the client authorized.
How we use it
- Only to deliver the services the client has engaged us for, such as bookkeeping, financial reporting and analysis.
- We do not sell data or use it for advertising. We share it only with the client and with the service providers needed to run the work (hosting, email and data processing), who are bound to keep it confidential.
- We may use third-party AI services to process data when preparing reports, and we send only what a task requires.
How we protect it
- Data travels over encrypted connections and is stored on access-restricted servers.
- Access credentials for connected accounts are stored separately from other data and are never shared.
- Access is limited to the people doing the client's work.
How long we keep it
For as long as the engagement lasts. When a client disconnects or the engagement ends, we delete the connected data within 30 days of a written request, except where the law requires us to keep it.
Disconnecting
A client can disconnect our QuickBooks integration at any time from within QuickBooks Online, or by emailing us. Disconnecting revokes our access immediately.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing gaelan@7bbusinesssolutions.com.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date above. Material changes are sent to connected clients before they take effect.
